A professional’s talent lies not only in their technical knowledge but also in their ability to navigate complex environments, manage differences, and find joint solutions. Driven by this premise, our latest workshop was hosted.
On this occasion, at the Incubadora de Talento, we wanted to step away from traditional masterclasses. To achieve this, we had the guidance of Antonio J. Caballero, a renowned personal development expert, who designed a highly practical and dynamic session.
For two hours, the classroom transformed into a true social skills laboratory. Attendees didn’t just listen to confl ict theory; they had to face it firsthand through various group dynamics. During the workshop, participants were able to:
● Face simulated tension scenarios: Recreating real business environments where the parties’ interests were at odds.
● Train active listening and empathy: Fundamental tools for understanding the other person’s position before trying to impose one’s own.
● Learn through action: Using tactile and visual elements to represent how effective communication “bridges are built” between positions that, at first glance, seem irreconcilable.
One of the highlights of the day was seeing how attendees evolved from a competitive mindset to a collaborative one, understanding that true success in negotiation isn’t about “beating” the other person, but finding a consensus that adds value to both parties.
