The Talent Incubator (Incubadora de Talento) and Lactalis Puleva have opened registration to participate in the 4th Edition of the Innovation Hackathon. If you have initiative and see multinational companies as a potential future workplace: SIGN UP NOW.

An afternoon of fun and learning that is well worth it. The Hackathon has been designed so that, during an intensive afternoon in October, students from the University of Granada work elbow to elbow with executives from the multinational LACTALIS PULEVA to solve a real business challenge, learn hands-on alongside them by applying their degree knowledge, and gain the chance to access paid internships afterward.

The UGR–Lactalis Puleva Intrapreneurship Chair and the University of Granada already have a date for their most anticipated event of the academic year: October 29th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The Faculty of Economics and Business Studies will host the 4th Edition of the Innovation Hackathon, a session where student teams will tackle a current, real-world problem proposed by the multinational itself, guided every step of the way by experts and executives from the company.

The question raised by the Talent Incubator to promote this year’s event sums up the offer well: What if you had the opportunity to work elbow to elbow with executives of a multinational?

It is no hypothetical. In previous editions, the hackathon brought together nearly two hundred UGR students alongside professors and heads of Lactalis Puleva, making it one of the most attended university innovation events in Spain.

How it Works

During the four hours of the event, teams—formed by students from any undergraduate or postgraduate program, with no degree restrictions—must design innovative proposals addressing real challenges faced by the dairy company. In just one afternoon, participants will put into practice skills ranging from teamwork to pitching ideas before a panel of executive leaders. This is not a simulation. Standout participants will have direct access to a dedicated call for paid internships at the company, in addition to networking directly with top industry professionals.

Registrations Open Now

Participation is free for all University of Granada students, and spots are filled on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Registration is now available via the event’s QR code or on the website www.incubadoradetalento.es.

With this fourth edition, the Innovation Hackathon reaffirms a core idea embedded in its DNA: the best way to prepare for the job market is to face, even if just for one afternoon, the real-world challenges of a business.
