GREAT RECEPTION FROM STUDENTS AT THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY DAY

1024 768 Incubadora de Talento

The new Talent Incubator Program with the multinational Lactalis Puleva was a success thanks to the huge participation of students and the excellent work of the technical and managerial staff of the company.

The initiative involved more than 100 students in their final and penultimate years of undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Granada, with degrees related to business management, human resources, law, finance and accounting, statistics, mathematics, marketing and market research, psychology, among others. The day included, in addition to firsthand knowledge of the operation and activities of different departments of the company, a unique experience in this type of process with interviews in the format of “elevator pitches”. Participants experienced firsthand the challenge and excitement of persuading the interlocutors with brief and direct “mini-presentations” about themselves, where they could showcase their most outstanding skills and competencies.

We would like to thank María Reyes Roldán, Human Resources Business Partner at Lactalis Puleva, for her initiative and commitment to the development of this initiative, and the entire team of professionals from Grupo Lactalis Puleva who were present throughout the event and guided the students at all times, responding to their doubts and concerns: Estefanía Moreno, José Evaristo Miralles, Ana Alejandra Jaén, María Rocío Bautista, Fátima Sillero, Mario Liébana, Rosa Bergillos, Patricia Ocaña, Javier Ortiz, Hildegard Serrano, Begoña Sánchez, Araceli Martínez, María Isabel González, Victoria Castellano, Luis Molina, and Sara Gutiérrez.
