In today’s business environment, the success of work teams no longer relies exclusively on technical knowledge or academic records. Under this premise, the Incubadora de Talento hosted the “Beyond the CV” seminar yesterday—an intensive session designed to equip students with advanced tools for people management and recruitment.

The seminar was led by Elena Mellado García, who introduced participants to the DISC methodology, a model used to identify and understand different human behavioral profi les. Through group dynamics focused on communication, negotiation, and creativity, participants experienced firsthand how these profiles directly influence talent integration within organizations.

Unlike traditional training, the day stood out for its practical and dynamic approach. Students worked through real-life decision-making scenarios, learning to identify behavioral strengths that often go unnoticed in conventional job interviews or on a paper resume.

This initiative was made possible thanks to the funding and strategic support of the Department of Business Organization II (Departamento de Organización de Empresas II). This collaboration highlights the shared commitment of both entities to providing future professionals with cutting-edge training that meets the actual demands of today’s labor market.
