This past Monday marked the start of the Digital Tech Bootcamp, an intensive program of excellence driven by the Talent Incubator of the University of Granada and the multinational T-Systems.
This initiative was established with a clear objective: to connect university talent with the reality of the labor market, providing specialized training and a tangible opportunity to join one of Europe’s leading technology companies.
Geared towards STEM profiles (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), the program serves as a high-value micro-certification. Thanks to the sponsorship of T-Systems, the digital services subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group, selected participants gain access to training valued at €2,000 per person, entirely free of charge.
The curriculum is perfectly aligned with current sector demands. It stands out for its comprehensive approach, combining two fundamental pillars delivered through in-person sessions at both the Faculty of Economics and Business and the company’s facilities:
- Advanced Digital Technologies: Practical training taught by active T-Systems professionals focused on Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Programming.
- Soft Skills: Dynamic and experiential sessions designed to boost key competencies such as leadership, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and effective communication.
Beyond academic training, the Bootcamp’s major appeal lies in its hiring commitment: T-Systems aims to hire at least 50% of the participants who successfully complete the program, with the possibility of increasing this figure to 100%depending on market needs.
From the Talent Incubator, we wish great success to all participants who began their training this week. You are facing a unique opportunity to launch a successful career path in today’s most high-growth digital niche.
