The event, presided over by Sol Ostos, Director of the International School of Postgraduates and with the participation of Juan Alberto Aragón, Director of the Chair; Alvaro Santaella, Coordinator of NGA-HR; and Lola Vidal, General Coordinator of the Chair, closed the second edition of the Competencies Acceleration Program.

The Talent Chair marked the end of the Professional Competencies Acceleration Program with an Intensive Training Session that kicked off with the “Communicate well to lead well” Seminar, given by Ana Marfil, professional coach. In that Session, Javier Delgado and Natalia Ortiz, Student and Program Quality Coordinators, conducted a valuable seminar in which they analyzed the activities carried out throughout the year with the objective of improving future editions.

The Talent Chair organized a program with a view to encouraging students to develop their careers in companies in the digital sector. The Program commenced with a session, which was attended by 80 students with the best academic record of the 50,000 at the University of Granada The session was presided over by Pilar Aranda, the first woman to hold the position of Dean at the University of Granada in its almost 500 year history and Aitor Vinós, Vice President of NGA-HR, the company which sponsors the development of this initiative.
