The Competency Acceleration Program (PAC) has once again proven that professional development and social impact are two sides of the same coin. As part of the program’s leadership and management challenges, participants successfully designed and executed “Chord of Life”, a chamber music concert to benefit the Fundación Escuela de Solidaridad (FES).
The initiative emerged as a response to the challenge posed by our incubator: students were tasked with transforming their transversal skills into a real solidarity action. The result was an emotional evening where classical music served as a bridge to raise visibility and support for the vital work of FES.
Beyond the musical beauty, this project served as a high-level exercise in event management, strategic communication, and teamwork. According to the PAC leadership, “True leadership is demonstrated when talent is put at the service of others.”
Managing an event of this scale allowed participants to test their soft skills within a corporate social responsibility (CSR) framework, exceeding initial expectations and achieving crucial fundraising and visibility goals for the foundation.
This success would not have been possible without the synergy between young talent, the human vision of Ignacio Pereda (Founder of FES), and the support of Strada Global, whose commitment to the acceleration program continues to drive initiatives that integrate professional growth with human values.
At the incubator, we would like to congratulate the PAC members for elevating this challenge to such a professional and human dimension. “Chord of Life” was not just a concert; it was proof that, with the right strategy, talent can truly change realities.
