The Talent Incubator at the University of Granada is proud to announce its collaboration with the Princess of Girona Foundation (FPdGi). This alliance, framed within the activities of the Talent Tour, was born with a clear objective: to provide our students with the tools, vision, and contacts necessary to stand out in their professional future.
We live in a globalized world where technical knowledge must go hand in hand with adaptability, leadership, and communication skills. For this reason, we have organized a double session designed to inspire participants and take them out of their comfort zone.
Talent Forum: “A Generation Talent Experience”
As a starting point for this collaboration, we will hold the forum “It’s time to activate your talent!”, an inspiring and practical space designed to discover the new trends and skills that are transforming the working world.
During the session, we will discuss how to develop your talent with purpose and touch upon key topics such as employability, entrepreneurship, self-awareness, leadership, social impact, and mentoring. To achieve this, we will be guided by top professionals who will share their experience to help you take a solid step toward your professional future.
We will be joined by leading experts:
● Raúl Berdonés: Executive President of Secuoya and the Secuoya Foundation.
● Laura Benítez & Juan Castilla: From Talent Factory.
● J.Alberto Aragón-Correa: Expert in HR at the University of Granada.
Key Forum Details:
● Date: Monday, April 27th
● Time: 10:00 AM
● Location: Aula Magna, Faculty of Economics and Business (FCCEE)

2. Experiential Workshop: “Betting on the Leaders of the Future”
To complement the forum’s vision and take action, we invite you to participate in the practical workshop “Prepare to Lead in a Global and Changing World”.
The session will be led by expert Lola Vidal, who will guide attendees through immersive dynamics under the premise: “Develop your personal and interpersonal skills key to professional and social success.” It will be a unique opportunity to work on self-awareness, confidence, and team leadership in a completely experiential way.
