As part of the 9th Edition of the Skills Acceleration Program (2025-2026), the Talent Incubator of the University of Granada held a session dedicated to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), where social entrepreneurship and teamwork took center stage.
The central focus of the event was the highly anticipated presentation of the results from the Solidarity Challenge, a project developed in close collaboration with the Fundación Escuela de Solidaridad.
During the first part of the morning, participants presented the viable solutions they have been working on to add value and support the incredible work carried out by the Foundation. This presentation not only served to share the milestones achieved, but also practically demonstrated how the skills acquired in the Incubator align directly with the SDGs, generating a positive, real, and measurable impact in our community.
At the Talent Incubator, we know that learning does not end with the delivery of a project. Therefore, after the presentations, the event transitioned into a space dedicated to refl ection and constructive evaluation.
For this phase, we counted on the expertise of Lola Vidal and Ana Martín-Moreno, who led a series of participatory dynamics that allowed attendees to:
● Analyze the work process: Identify the strengths and areas for improvement experienced during the development of the challenge.
● Foster honest feedback: Create a safe space where teams could share their experiences, obstacles, and lessons learned.
● Consolidate transversal skills: Reinforce skills such as communication, empathy, and problem-solving, which are essential for future leadership.
The event concluded with a general feeling of motivation and purpose. We want to thank the Fundación Escuela de Solidaridad for their trust, and Lola and Ana for their excellent guidance during the dynamics.
We continue to drive ideas that change the world!
