The Skills Acceleration Program brings its participants together for a transformative day on group dynamics, self-awareness, and high performance.
Last Wednesday, the members of the Skills Acceleration Program experienced a key day for their professional development thanks to an immersive workshop focused on Teamwork. The session was exceptionally guided by Gema Campos, a renowned psychologist, PCC Executive and Systemic Coach, Change Manager, and HR Consultant.
During the meeting, attendees delved theoretically and practically into the fundamental pillars that transform a group of people into a high-performance team. The training took the renowned 5C model as its central axis:
● Communication: The foundation to ensure mutual understanding.
● Commitment: The engine that drives shared effort.
● Confindence (Trust): The safe space that enables authenticity and unity.
● Complementarity: The vision of diverse profi les as a true strength.
● Coordination: The need to work in exact synchrony toward the common goal.
Beyond theoretical concepts, the workshop stood out for its practical approach. Through various group dynamics, participants had the opportunity to engage in a deep exercise of introspection and discover new facets of their peers. As highlighted during the day: “Understanding ourselves is the fi rst step to boosting the team!”
The organization wanted to give special recognition to Gema Campos for the energy and knowledge imparted while facilitating this growth session. Likewise, the role of the partners who make the program possible was highlighted. None of this would be a reality without the great strategic alliances that drive the project forward, especially the fundamental support of Strada and the University of Granada.
