Today, as part of the Competency Acceleration Program (PAC) developed by the Strada Global – University of Granada Chair in Talent and Leadership, we held the session “Driving the Future of Talent: HR Transformation, Outsourcing, and Digital Innovation,” delivered by Pablo García, Presales Service Delivery Manager at Strada Global.
Participants in the PAC, an initiative of the University of Granada’s Talent Incubator, are senior undergraduate and master’s students from various faculties, selected for their outstanding academic performance and high potential. The session provided an indepth look at how digital transformation is reshaping talent management models and redefining the skills required in today’s market.
The session was also attended by Professor Lola Vidal, Co-Director of the Chair. We would like to express our appreciation for the continued commitment of Pilar Guillén, who coordinates Strada Global’s collaboration with the Chair, as well as the ongoing support of our Co-Director J. Alberto Aragón, and José Carlos Díaz and Francisco Quesada, whose dedication and close involvement strengthen this university–industry partnership.
Once again, the session underscored the value of direct dialogue between experienced professionals and talented young individuals eager not only to understand, but also to help lead, the transformation of today’s business world.
