Last Friday and Saturday, we hosted the intensive, tuition-free seminar “Leadership and Teamwork”, part of the Chair in Intrapreneurship and Innovation funded by Lactalis Puleva in collaboration with the Universidad de Granada (UGR) and integrated into our Talent Incubator.
Designed for students who have participated in the Chair’s activities and have been selected to undertake internships with the company, the seminar has, over the past three years, become a true catalyst for professional growth and preparation for positions of responsibility. It strengthens participants’ soft skills and, in particular, their capacity for innovation and effective teamwork.
The program was delivered by Ana Martín Moreno, a certified coach, and Lola Vidal, UGR professor and Co-Director of the Incubator. Together, they crafted an experience grounded in group coaching dynamics, fostering experiential learning, stronger team cohesion, and handson practice of new ways to lead and collaborate. We would like to recognize the daily commitment to the Chair from Lactalis by Ana Alejandra Jaén Rondan and Rosa Bergillos Hidalgo, as well as the continued involvement and support of Daniel Isart Ruiz, Pedro Marín García, Miguel García Cuesta, David Salliot, and the entire Puleva team. We also extend our gratitude to the more than thirty university professors who contribute to the Chair’s activities under the coordination of J. Alberto Aragón, Director of the Chair, with special thanks to Ruben Ordoñez, Luisa Delgado, Sandra Montalvo, and Lucía Torres Pérez for their involvement in organizing the activities with Puleva.
