On October 27, 2025, the University of Granada and T-Systems Iberia inaugurated the 4th Edition of the TAO Expert Program in Digital Transformation of Public Administrations in the Tax Field, a joint initiative between the Talent Incubator and the technology multinational aimed at promoting the digital modernization of the public sector.
The program, established as one of the most comprehensive training initiatives in the digitalization of local administrations, offers practical and specialized training based on the use of TAO software, one of the most widely used tools for tax management in Spanish municipalities. Through intensive sessions, participants work alongside T-Systems professionals to optimize management processes, automation, and transparency in public services.
In addition to technical training, the TAO Expert Program includes experiential seminars focused on developing personal and professional competencies.
Participants strengthen key skills such as effective communication, teamwork, creativity, time management, and decision-making—essential for successfully leading digital transformation projects.
One of the program’s most valued aspects is its free participation and strong employability focus: T-Systems Iberia remains committed to hiring at least 50% of participants who complete the training, with the possibility of increasing this figure to 100%, depending on market needs and achieved results.
With this new edition, the University of Granada and T-Systems reaffirm their commitment to training young talent equipped to lead the digital transformation of the public sector, contributing to more agile, accessible, and efficient management for citizens.
