The University of Granada and NGA Human Resources renew their commitment to fostering university students’ leadership and transformation capacity through the Talent and Leadership Chair, with the signing of a new collaborative agreement by Dean Pilar Aranda and Feliz Montalbán Jiménez, financial director of NGA-HR.
The event was also attended by Alberto Aragón, General Director of the Talent and Leadership Chair; Lola Vidal, General Coordinator of the Chair; Aitor Vinós, Vice President of NGA-HR; and Álvaro Santaella, Director of NGA’s Granada branch.
The Chair has launched the first Talent Incubator in a Spanish university. The Chair develops innovative, cutting edge activities and training programs focused on strengthening competencies which are vital for success in today’s business world, such as leadership, social-emotional intelligence, teamwork, or creativity.
