The 5th Edition of the WOMEN 4.0 TALENT Program is kicking off once again, continuing the path set by previous editions: launching an initiative aimed at empowering women who wish to fully develop their careers in the digital sector. This pioneering program seeks to equip STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) students with advanced digital skills, preparing them to tackle the challenges and seize the opportunities brought by the digital transformation of the economy and society.
The main goal of WOMEN 4.0 TALENT is to prepare participants to face the challenges and make the most of the opportunities arising from digital transformation. Through comprehensive training in digital competencies, the program aims for university women not only to acquire these skills but to lead technological change and become key players in shaping the future.
Completely funded by the multinational STRADA GLOBAL, the program continues to strengthen its position as a benchmark for promoting gender equality in key economic sectors. In addition to technology training, the program is complemented by high-performance training in leadership skills such as communication, leadership, and teamwork management.
