The TAO Expert Program, organized by the Chair of Innovation in Digital Sustainability at the University of Granada in collaboration with T-Systems, has successfully concluded after ten weeks of intensive training. This program, aimed at preparing experts in the digital management of local public services, provided a blend of theoretical and practical training in tax management and specific digital tools for public administration, including the use of TAO software.

Over the course of the program, the 14 selected students received training in soft skills, digital tools, and public management regulations, delivered both in-person and online from the classroom at the Faculty of Business Studies of the University of Granada. Participants delved into topics such as electronic administration, tax regulations, and the structure of public administrations, while honing essential skills like communication, leadership, and teamwork.

Thanks to the program’s rigorous and demanding structure, the participants are now well-equipped to tackle the challenges of digital transformation in the public sector. Many of them will soon begin working with the program’s sponsor, the multinational company T-Systems, further solidifying the practical impact of their training.

With this edition, TAO Expert has established itself as a benchmark for professional training in digital public administration, offering participants a transformative learning experience that positions them competitively in the job market.
