The TAO Expert program has reached its halfway mark with great success, showcasing daily progress and a high level of commitment from participants.

In the first half of the course, students have delved into essential topics, including the structure and organization of the State and local public administrations, as well as tax management and relevant municipal and regional regulations. They have also explored the use of digital tools in electronic administration and worked on practical cases to reinforce their newly acquired knowledge. These topics have been taught by experts with extensive hands-on experience in digital management.

Additionally, over the past few weeks, participants have intensely focused on soft skills through engaging workshops aimed at developing competencies like communication, teamwork, responsibility, empathy, and intentionality. All activities have been designed with experiential and gamified dynamics.

The program continues to be a leader in professional training, providing critical skills and knowledge to address the challenges of modern public administration. With its practical and updated approach, TAO Expert is reaffirmed once again as a top-tier training benchmark for future public management experts.
