Once again, the Talent Incubator and the multinational company Strada Global are launching a new edition of their Professional Skills Acceleration Program, an initiative designed to enhance the skills and competencies demanded by today’s job market. The Talent Incubator has started on September 30 the III edition of the TAO Expert Program, an innovative initiative that seeks to boost the careers of students interested in the public management of taxes and services. A total of 15 students selected from different degrees and masters of the University of Granada, will receive intensive training over the next few weeks in skills necessary for the automation, coordination and management of public services.
This program, funded by the company T-System, is aimed at providing training and experience to young people with potential, to facilitate their insertion in the digital field.
The Talent Incubator, together with T-System, aims to provide young people with the key tools to stand out in a constantly changing labor market and with a growing demand for technological innovation in public management.
The program takes place at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and involves a total of 16 speakers who are experts in public taxation and 6 coaches specialized in emotional intelligence, soft skills and leadership.
