The twenty students of the Professional Skills Acceleration Program have delved into the fascinating world of Relational Intelligence thanks to the seminar titled “Relational Intelligence: How to Get Along.”
Olga Romero, a professional coach and founder of the Granada International Montessori School, shared with the participating students strategies and tools to enhance their interpersonal skills.
During the session, Olga addressed key topics such as empathy, effective communication, conflict resolution, and building solid relationships. Thus, the students acquired practical mechanisms to improve their ability to connect with others and develop positive interpersonal relationships both in the workplace and in their personal lives.
The event, held on May 6th at the Faculty of Business, is sponsored by the company “Alight Solutions,” an organization committed to the development and success of emerging professionals. Thanks to their support, the participating students have received an enriching and transformative experience by having the opportunity to immerse themselves in an interactive and dynamic learning space designed to foster their personal and professional growth.
