Last Wednesday marked the successful conclusion of the workshop “The Challenge of Communicating Effectively,”led by Luis Eugenio Ortega Donoso. This seminar is a core component of the Competence Acceleration Program (PAC) (jointly promoted by Strada Global and the University of Granada), designed to boost the soft skills of high-potential students.
The workshop highlighted that the true impact of communication lies in emotional connection and presence, diving deep into four fundamental pillars:
- Intensity and Volume: Modulating the voice as a tool to emphasize ideas and hold the audience’s attention.
- Pacing and Tone: Controlling speed and intonation to convey confidence and make complex information easier to digest.
- Body Language and Presence: Aligning gestures and posture with the verbal message to build trust and credibility.
- Improvisation: Developing mental agility to adapt quickly to unexpected situations in fast-paced professional environments.
Mastering both verbal and non-verbal communication is the key engine for any professional project or idea to successfully take off. We continue driving talent!
