The Talent Chair organized a program with a view to encouraging students to develop their careers in companies in the digital sector. The Program commenced with a session, which was attended by 80 students with the best academic record of the 50,000 at the University of Granada The session was presided over by Pilar Aranda, the first woman to hold the position of Dean at the University of Granada in its almost 500 year history and Aitor Vinós, Vice President of NGA-HR, the company which sponsors the development of this initiative.
