On April 4th, the Talent Incubator hosted a seminar aimed at enhancing professional skills in a dynamic way through the use of the “Escape Room.”
Titled “Soft Skills through Gamification,” the seminar was led by Professor Alejandro Ortiz, an expert in Human Resources management and leadership skills. The event took place at the Faculty of Economics and Business, with the main objective of equipping participants with essential soft skills for professional success, such as effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity, among others. The highlight of the seminar was its practical approach, using the Escape Room as the primary tool for learning. Students explored the possibilities this tool offers for training and how it is used by Human Resources departments for recruitment purposes.
This seminar was aimed at students selected as part of the Talent Incubator’s Competency Acceleration Program. These students represent a select group with exceptional potential, ready to make the most of this professional development opportunity.
The event was supported and sponsored by the company “Strada,” recognized for its commitment to the training and professional growth of emerging talent. Their support ensures the quality and success of the seminar, providing additional resources to enrich participants’ experience through the Talent and Leadership Chair and the Talent Incubator.
