Following the resounding success of his first session with the participants of our Skills Acceleration Program, Pablo García, Senior Presales at the multinational company Strada, has returned to the classrooms of the University of Granada. On this occasion, the Faculty of Labor Relations hosted a new masterclass organized by the Department of Business Organization II together with the Talent Incubator, designed to break classic paradigms and showcase the current reality of the Human Resources sector.
Under the motto “Preparing UGR talent for the real world,” the session focused on the urgent need to leave behind traditional personnel management models. Pablo García shared with a classroom full of students how digital innovation and strategic outsourcing are completely redefining the way large corporations manage, attract, and boost talent on a global scale.
During the meeting, students were able to learn firsthand about the technological trends and methodologies setting the pace of today’s job market. Far from being a purely theoretical class, the talk stood out for its practical, dynamic, and direct approach, proving to future professionals that adaptability and knowledge of these new tools are the true keys to standing out.
This activity reaffirms the main goal of the Talent Incubator: bridging the gap between the academic and business environments. Thanks to the UGR’s Department of Business Organization II, we continue providing our university talent with the opportunity to learn from active industry leaders and confidently prepare for tomorrow’s challenges.
We keep pushing UGR talent to the next level!
