Yesterday, the brilliant young talents of our program stepped completely out of their comfort zones during an intense High-Impact Coaching session led by Jorge Blanco.
Moving away from traditional theory, the workshop focused on pure experiential learning to tackle fear and self-imposed limits. The core dynamics included:
● Blind Trust: Blindfolded team exercises to foster absolute reliance and safety among colleagues.
● Emotional Management: Learning to channel nerves, overthinking, and the fear of change into actionable drive.
● Shattering Barriers: The physical and metaphorical challenge of breaking wooden boards with their bare hands to destroy limiting beliefs.
By facing their insecurities head-on, the participants discovered an inner strength they didn’t know they had. As highlighted during the session: “Knowing our fears is the fi rst indispensable step to overcoming them!”
