As part of the 10th Edition of the “Skills Improvement for Job Search and Employment” program, the FCCEE Vice-Dean of Students and the Talent Incubator hosted a highly practical session focused on corporate recruitment.


Key Highlights of the Session:


● Expert Insights: Daniel Redondo, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Enterprise Mobility, and his team guided students through the inner workings of global HR departments.
● Decoding the Process: The session transparently broke down real-world evaluation phases, including competency-based interviews, performance reviews, and demanding Assessment Days.
● What Companies Want: Answering the key question, “What are we looking for in you?”, students learned exactly how their skills are measured and the critical importance of preparation, attitude, and practical abilities.
