We are pleased to announce the successful relaunch of the “T-Systems Connection” program, a consolidated initiative driven by the close collaboration between the University of Granada and the multinational T-Systems Iberia, through the Chair of Innovation in Sustainable Digitalization.
The ETSIIT Assembly Hall hosted more than 100 students, exceeding all participation expectations and demonstrating the immense interest of our university community in the real-world application of technological advances.
The institutional opening was led by Francisco Ruiz (Value Center Line Manager at T-Systems) and J. Alberto Aragón-Correa (Professor at UGR and Director of the Chair), who emphasized the importance of this synergy as a driver for innovation and talent development.
The inaugural session was led by Francisco Rodrigo Ginés (Head of AI Engineering at T-Systems). His technical and thought-provoking presentation on Artificial Intelligence allowed attendees to:
● Understand the practical application of Large Language Models in today’s complex systems.
● Analyze technology from a critical and transformative perspective.
The keynote was followed by a round table discussion featuring Jose Luis Garrido Bullejos (Professor at UGR), Francisco Rodrigo Ginés, and Francisco Ruiz, moderated by J. Alberto Aragón-Correa. This provided a relaxed environment where students could voice their questions and connect directly with industry leaders.
At the Talent Incubator, we reaffirm our commitment to bringing real-world technological use cases into the classroom, offering companies an unparalleled window to connect with emerging talent.
A perfect kickoff for a new academic year full of connections!
