American experts from the multinational Alight NGA HR offered yesterday, January 21, within the Woman 4.0 Talent Program, a specific workshop on the importance of properly managing diversity in organizations and the consequences of not paying attention to this aspect considered currently key in business competitiveness.
In the US, this issue is already considered absolutely strategic. In Spain, more and more companies are working decisively on it. Three experts from this multinational come to present to the program participants their knowledge and real experiences in a company with more than 15,000 employees on five continents. A huge challenge that they have faced with a clear and global policy and that they will share in this specific forum for debate and discussion.
The workshop speakers were Xan Daniels, Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity at Alight NGA HR, Nikki Robin, Global Head of the company’s Professional Women Network, and Cari Wilkins, Head of Inclusion and Diversity at Alight NGA HR.
The workshop worked specifically on gender diversity. Currently existing barriers for women when it comes to reconciling work and family life and possible updates to eliminate the “glass ceiling” were analyzed.
