The Talent Incubator Promotes Scientific Talent with Experts from the Multinational T-Systems During a Day of Technological Transformation

On May 26, the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Granada hosted an enriching training day as part of the Talent Incubator Initiative and T-Systems Connections, under the theme “Connect with Experience: Learning from Innovation Leaders.”

The event, driven by the Talent Incubator of the University of Granada in collaboration with the technology multinational T-Systems, brought together undergraduate students from the Biotechnology and Biochemistry programs, as well as students from the Master’s in Biotechnology, along with faculty members and industry professionals.

“Shaping the Leaders of Tomorrow”

This initiative aims to bring the challenges and opportunities of technological solutions closer to the academic environment. Through thematic presentations and real-world use cases, professionals from T-Systems shared their experiences with attendees, creating an inspiring and dynamic learning space.

During the talk titled “Digital Health: Professional Opportunities in the Field of Biotechnology”, delivered by Ms. María Cardona Aparicio, an expert in technological solutions in the health sector, students gained first-hand insights into how technological innovation is transforming key industries and how their academic profiles can align with highly dynamic professional environments.

“Boosting Talent”

The program’s objectives focus on connecting students with career paths that align with market demands, sparking interest in real-world technological applications, and strengthening understanding of its impact in areas such as the economy, engineering, and health sciences.

With events like this, the University of Granada continues to champion an education that is connected to the business world, committed to innovation, and focused on the professional future of its students.
