🌟 We’re looking for new talent to join the Talent Incubator team at the University of Granada as a “Project Manager”!

At the Talent Incubator of the University of Granada, we’re looking for a full-time team member to help coordinate some of our programs, assist with participant selection, monitor activities, and give them visibility. If you’re excited about working in an environment where every day is different and your work truly matters, we want to meet you!

✨ What will you do if you join the team?

• Coordinate various programs within the Talent Incubator.
• Take part in the selection of participants for our programs.
• Track and support the development of activities.
• Communicate and promote what we do (and it’s quite a lot!).

🎯 We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a university degree (in any discipline).
• Is highly organized and also has strong communication skills.
• Is passionate about helping others grow.
• Wants to commit to a meaningful and constantly evolving project.

🌈 It’s a big plus if you also:

• Manage and know how to use social media.
• Are familiar with tools like Canva, make cool videos, or are skilled with design or project management software.
• Have some professional experience after finishing your studies (not essential, though).
• Have participated in Talent Incubator activities—this would mean you already know how much we care about doing things well. But even if you haven’t, we still want to meet you if the project excites you.
