876 1024 Incubadora de Talento

The leading program for female talent, Talento Mujer 4.0, sponsored by the STRADA–UGR Chair in Talent and Leadership, kicks off another year with remarkable success in its initial phase.

The fifth edition of Talento Mujer 4.0 is underway, marking a milestone as one of Spain’s most innovative programs connecting female university talent at the University of Granada with leaders in the digital sector. This initiative provides a unique opportunity for women to advance their professional growth in the technology field.

The program has established itself as a benchmark for developing female university talent in Spain. Thanks to the financial backing of STRADA Global, it is offered free of charge to the 15 selected participants. These women are in the final year of undergraduate or postgraduate programs in STEM fields: Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Statistics, and the Master’s in Business Process Management and Technology.

The inaugural event for this edition took place on November 21 at the School of Civil Engineering at the University of Granada, where the selected students gathered with representatives from the University and STRADA Global. This event marked the beginning of an intensive nine-month training period, combining specialized training in professional skills with development in soft skills.

Talento Mujer 4.0 serves as a unique platform for empowering women in the realm of new technologies, actively addressing the gender gap in areas like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Cybersecurity. Supported by STRADA Global—a leader in human resource and technology management—the program opens new career opportunities for high-potential women, equipping them to tackle the challenges of the digital labor market.
