The Talent Incubator and the Department of Business Organization II are organizing a learning session on Personal, Professional, and Team Coaching led by Jorge Blanco.
Companies that implement coaching programs report significant improvements in performance, job satisfaction, and talent retention. A recent study by the International Coaching Association showed that 70% of individuals who received coaching experienced notable benefits in their work performance, relationships, and effective communication.
Therefore, on May 21st, the Talent Incubator of the University of Granada, in collaboration with the Department of Business Organization II, will carry out a special training session specifically aimed at learning about Coaching processes under the guidance of expert Jorge Blanco. “Coaching is not just a passing trend; it is an investment in human capital that yields measurable results,” states Jorge Blanco, a professional coach with more than two decades of experience. According to this expert: “Coaching has also proven to be beneficial in the personal sphere, helping individuals overcome obstacles, manage stress, and improve interpersonal relationships.”
The event will take place at the Faculty of Business, from 12:30 to 14:00 in classroom E26, and aims to provide students and members of the university community with practical tools and effective strategies to enhance their personal, professional, and teamwork skills.
Jorge Blanco, with a distinguished career in the field of coaching, will address this new training model that more and more companies are incorporating. The session will be practical and experiential, and all attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.
