Lactalis Puleva Business Opportunity Day – UGR
Purpose of the program
The Talent Incubator at the University of Granada, in collaboration with Lactalis Puleva, is offering this training and career development program aimed at individuals with the potential to work in areas such as strategy and planning, marketing, human resources, sales, logistics, quality control, and customer service. This program is designed for final-year undergraduate and master’s students, as well as recent graduates, with educational backgrounds related to business management, human resources, law, finance and accounting, statistics, mathematics, marketing and market research, psychology, among others.
Program Objective
The program aims to connect high-potential individuals participating in the program with interesting career paths that align with their profiles. It offers them high-level training in management skills and soft skills, providing an opportunity to start a professional career in technical positions within the company.
Program Activities
The program is open to final-year undergraduate or master’s students and recent graduates with educational backgrounds related to business management, human resources, law, finance and accounting, statistics, mathematics, marketing and market research, psychology, pedagogy, labor consultancy, among others. The pre-registration deadline is January 20, 2024.
Given the limited number of vacancies (16 positions including scholarships and contracts), a selection process will be conducted among interested students. Pre-selected students will participate on January 26 in the intensive “Opportunity Day” event, allowing them to learn more about the company and engage in various activities and dynamics, providing a unique experience in a high-performance talent search process.

After this initial phase, pre-selected students will be called for the second selection phase in February at the company’s facilities to participate in specific dynamics and selection interviews.
In addition to professional experience, the Business Opportunity Day initiative includes intensive training in soft skills and management skills. Participants will learn, in a practical manner, to enhance core skills for their professional careers, such as effective communication, leadership, teamwork, decision-making, and more. All sessions will be in-person and experiential, taking place in an intensive weekend at the TENT Hotel in Granada. These sessions will be conducted by professional coaches with extensive experience in this field.
During the training sessions, breaks and socialization times have been planned with the express aim of allowing participants to get to know each other better, exchange opinions, and build relationships. Additionally, the program itself offers some meals and coffee breaks where participants can form a support network, facilitating a successful professional integration.
After the selection and training period, the program offers participants a career plan that begins with a scholarship or an indefinite contract to join Lactalis Puleva. Participants will join the company’s Granada headquarters, so it is necessary for them to have the ability to travel to the company’s facilities on their own. The scholarships will have a duration of 6 months with a schedule from 9 AM to 2 PM from Monday to Friday and a monthly compensation of 450 euros. Indefinite contracts, with remuneration established by the company, will have a daily schedule of 8 hours from Monday to Friday.
