Purpose of the Program

The Talent Incubator at the University of Granada, in collaboration with the company Lactalis Puleva, offers this training and career development program aimed at individuals with the potential to work in areas such as strategy and planning, marketing, human resources, sales, logistics, quality control, management, and customer service.

This program is intended for final-year undergraduate and master’s students, as well as recent graduates, with academic backgrounds in fields related to business management, human resources, law, finance and accounting, statistics, mathematics, marketing and market research, psychology, among others.

 

Objective of the Program

The aim is to connect high-potential individuals participating in the program with promising career paths that align with their profiles, offering them high-level training in management skills and soft skills, as well as an opportunity to start a professional career oriented toward technical positions within the company.

Program Activities

Participants selection

The program is open to final-year undergraduate and master’s students, as well as recent graduates, with academic backgrounds related to business management, human resources, law, finance and accounting, statistics, mathematics, marketing and market research, psychology, education, labor consultancy, among others. The pre-registration period ends on November 21, 2025.

Participation in a Talent Recruitment Experience

Since the number of vacancies is limited (20 internships), a selection process will be carried out among interested students.

Preselected students will participate on November 27, from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, in the intensive event “Business Opportunity Day,” which will allow them to get to know the company better and take part in various activities and dynamics that offer participants a unique experience of engaging in a high-performance talent recruitment process.

High-Performance Training in Management Skills

The Business Opportunity Day initiative includes, in addition to the professional experience, intensive training in soft skills and management abilities where participants will learn in a completely practical way to improve core skills for their professional careers such as effective communication, leadership, teamwork, decision-making, among others. All sessions will be in-person and experiential, taking place over an intensive weekend at the Hotel Turia in Granada, and will be led by professional coaches with extensive experience in this field.

Socializing times

During the training sessions, breaks and socializing times have been planned with the express purpose of helping participants get to know each other better, exchange ideas, and build relationships. Additionally, the program provides some meals and coffee breaks where, in a relaxed atmosphere, participants can form a support network that will help them achieve a successful professional integration.

Scholarships and Permanents Contracts

After the selection and training period, the program offers participants a career plan that begins with either a scholarship or a permanent contract to join Lactalis Puleva. The participants will be based at the multinational’s Granada headquarters, so it is necessary that they have the ability to commute to the company’s facilities on their own.

The scholarships will last for 6 months with a schedule from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and include a monthly compensation of 450 euros. Permanent contracts, with the salary established by the company, will have an 8-hour workday from Monday to Friday.

Skills of High Professional Interest

Significantly improve the skills needed to develop a successful professional career in today’s job market, with an emphasis on soft skills related to communication and teamwork. Additionally, individuals whose projects are selected for presentation at the grand final gala will receive a special certificate from the Talent Incubator of the University of Granada recognizing their selection as an outstanding work, an additional promotional gift, the possibility of an award based on the evaluation of their project, and an invitation to participate in a networking event with experts and executives from a leading multinational company in its sector, along with other selected students.

Networking

The training sessions with specialized coaches, the immersion session at the company’s headquarters, and the time dedicated to socializing during the programs will allow you to build a network of contacts with high-level professionals.

High-value Certification

The Talent Incubator of the University of Granada issues a certificate confirming participation in an exclusive talent development program for outstanding university students, which adds significant value to their résumé.

Program Cost

The program is COMPLETELY FREE for the participants selected to take part. The cost of the program is 3,500 euros per person, fully sponsored by the company Lactalis Puleva in collaboration with the University of Granada. Additionally, selected participants will receive their corresponding remuneration as soon as they begin their professional experience.
