Talent Tour. Fundación Princesa de Girona
The Talent Incubator collaborates with the Talent Tour in organizing the Talent Day at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Granada.

¿What is?
General Objective
This event was held to help young students discover, develop, and put their skills into practice in order to shape and transform their future.
Programme structure
The activities carried out as part of this collaboration were as follows:
Talent Forum: Boost Your Professional Career.
A space designed to explore real-life success stories and gain access to tools that help develop your potential, as well as information on programmes, scholarships, and support opportunities.
As part of this forum, the Talent Incubator participated through a presentation by Alberto Aragón, who addressed the importance of self-leadership in making successful decisions for professional development.
The forum also featured contributions from a range of professionals, including Anabel Antela (Trivu), who hosted the event; Jordi Estruga, Director of the Talent Tour at the Princess of Girona Foundation; Raúl Berdonés, Executive Chairman of Secuoya Grupo de Comunicación and the Fundación Secuoya; Laura Benítez and Juan Castilla (Talent Factory); Nacho Cabrero (FicZone); and Carmen Pino and Tomás Garmelo (Impact Social Cup).

Workshop: Investing in the Leaders of the Future
Delivered by Lola Vidal, Director of the Talent Incubator, this workshop was much more than a training session; it was a laboratory for self-discovery.
The session focused on identifying and strengthening the personal and interpersonal skills—commonly known as soft skills—that make a real difference in today’s corporate environment. Throughout the workshop, participants worked on key competencies such as emotional intelligence, assertive communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
Vidal conveyed a clear message: while academic achievements may open the door, it is the ability to manage pressure, understand one’s environment, and lead with empathy that truly guarantees success, both in professional development and in creating a positive social impact.
