What is the Digital Tech Bootcamp?

The Digital Tech Bootcamp is an intensive professional training program with a strong practical focus, designed to develop young talent in the cross-cutting technologies most in demand for the digital transformation of companies. It is developed by the Talent Incubator of the University of Granada in collaboration with T-Systems, a leading multinational technology services company and a strategic partner of the project through the T-Systems–UGR Chair in Sustainable Digitalization.

This program combines highly practical training in programming, databases, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and other digitalization technologies (80% of the content), delivered by professionals and executives from T-Systems, with training in soft skills aimed at developing competencies in communication, leadership, teamwork, and motivation (20% of the content), delivered by university lecturers and expert coaches in these areas.

General Objective

To equip students with the technical knowledge, transversal competencies, and practical experience necessary to successfully join technology teams in multinational companies.

Who is it aimed at?

The Digital Tech Bootcamp is open to:

  • Final-year undergraduate students in STEM degrees (e.g., Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electronics, Biotechnology, etc.).
  • Master’s students in technology-, engineering-, mathematics-, or applied science–related fields.
  • Recent graduates in scientific and technological disciplines.

Participants are expected to demonstrate high motivation, a strong interest in digital transformation, and a desire to join a real, high-potential professional technology environment.

Structure of the program

The program lasts 10 weeks, with in-person sessions from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., from March 2, 2026 to May 15, 2026.

(*) The possibility will be considered individually for participants with advanced knowledge in any of these areas to focus only on the areas outside of their existing expertise.

Registration and Selection

The process will take place in several stages:

  1. Submission of Applications:

Access and complete the following form.

         

  1. Curriculum evaluation of interested candidates

  2. Personal interviews and motivational assessment of preselected candidates

  3. Final selection of the 16 participants

Special consideration will be given to motivation, learning potential, technological orientation, and interest in joining technology companies in general, and T-Systems in particular.
