María Dolores Vidal is a professor of Human Resources Management of the Department of Business Organization of the University of Granada and a member of the ISDE Research Group “Innovation, Sustainability and Business Development”.

She is an expert in team coaching and leadership and facilitator of changes in the human capital of organizations. He has a wide professional career in the business world, having held positions of managerial responsibility in different public-private organizations (Chamber of Commerce of Jaén, Open Mall of Granada and Chamber of Commerce of Granada).

He has high experience in business development projects and research projects, his knowledge transfer work being very extensive (numerous advisory reports and training and training actions for managers and workers of SMEs and large companies).

His research has also resulted in articles published in prestigious national and international journals in his area of ​​knowledge.
