Director of the Strategic Consulting area at Strada for Spain and Portugal. An Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics from the University of London (Birkbeck College), Manuel is an expert in operations management, quality, and continuous improvement.

He has extensive experience in leading transformation and operations improvement projects in various multinational organizations such as IBM, PwC, and the United Nations. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute, a certified PMP®, and an expert in Lean Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt).

Manuel is also currently a guest lecturer at the University of Granada, teaching in the Master’s in Business Process Management and Technologies, covering subjects such as Business Intelligence and Analysis and Inference in Business Processes.
