José Manuel belongs to the ISDE Research Group, and his main lines of research focus on team management and human resources management.

Within these lines of research, its transversal nature has also made it address issues related to environmental management, internationalization of companies or innovation management.

His works have been published in academic journals of recognized prestige and have been presented at national and international scientific conferences
