Jose Carlos Díaz

Application Services Director

A Computer Engineer from the University of Granada, Jose Carlos began his professional career at Strada 16 years ago as a technical consultant.

Throughout this time, he has held numerous roles within the company, both in technical positions and in managing teams and organizations focused on the implementation and maintenance of HR software. He has also worked in business development and client management within the Account Management structure.

In this role, he has managed, either directly or by leading a team of Account Directors, various multinational clients where Strada provides technical outsourcing and process services for human resources. He has been responsible for the client portfolio in Central Europe and the Nordics, as well as overseeing several integrated global accounts.

In his current role as Director of Application Services, he leads a global technical organization dedicated to the implementation and maintenance of key technologies within Strada’s service strategy.
