Graduated in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Granada, and holding a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from EAE Business School.

Encarnación began her professional career in Huelva, working for a local company as an HR Generalist. Later, in Granada, she delved into the specific field of personnel selection, working for a nationally renowned Placement Agency.

Her professional career at Strada began in 2020, after completing the Master’s in Human Resources Digitalization. She started as a junior SAP HCM consultant for the German payroll team.

Currently, from the Talent Acquisition team, she combines the operational management of the various programs that Strada develops with the University of Granada and other educational institutions with her current role in personnel recruitment.
