Pilar Guillén

SuccessFactors Global Delivery Centers & Service Management Director 

Telecommunications Engineer from the University of Jaén (EPS of Linares), Pilar began her professional career at Strada in 2012 as a consultant on a global team.

Over the years, Pilar has developed her professional career within Strada, where she transitioned into management and leadership roles. She started as a local team leader in the Granada office, later becoming a regional manager, and eventually moved to a global leadership role with teams distributed across Europe, Asia, and America.

Currently, she is the director of the Cloud SuccessFactors and Service Management areas, two distinct teams.

On one hand, in the Cloud SuccessFactors team, she leads the support of this technology in Strada’s various Delivery Centers. This includes tasks such as implementing the solution for new clients as well as maintaining it for clients who have chosen SuccessFactors as their HRIS (Human Resources Information System) as part of their digital transformation process.

On the other hand, the Service Management team is responsible for managing clients to ensure that all metrics established in the service contract are met, always delivering the highest possible quality on time and within scope.

Pilar is also the coordinator of Strada’s relationship with the University of Granada (UGR), primarily with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Chair of Talent and Leadership. Additionally, she is a lecturer in the Master’s program in Human Resources Digitalization at the University of Granada.
